[Bug 145217] Qt popups on wrong monitor with TwinView/xinerama

In qtconfig-qt4 (and last.fm, and skype, which also use libQtGui.so.4),
all popup menus and tooltips (but not dialogs with a window border)
appear on my right-hand monitor (DFP, first in
TwinViewXineramaInfoOrder), even when the application (or system tray
where applicable) is on the left monitor, the "CRT" (VGA LCD). In
qtconfig-qt3, this does not happen; the popups are correctly positioned.
