[Bug 215402] [NEW] Current screen loses focus with Konversations OSD Notification

Binary package hint: konversation

Using Kubuntu Remix 8.04, with Konversation (I know its a KDE3
application) with the On Screen Notification, I lose focus of the
current screen whenever a new notification occurs.  Cuases a problem
trying to use the notification.
