[Bug 217441] [NEW] Recommends/Depends on kdebase-kio-plugins for iPod autodetection

kdebase 4:3.5.9-0ubuntu6

amarok doesn't depend/recommend kdebase-kio-plugins which seems to be
required to get "Configure Portable Player Support" autodetection
working (at least this is the case for my iPod). The package doesn't get
installed when installing amarok in GNOME environment, including all the
Recommended packages.

without kdebase-kio-plugins "dcop kded mediamanager fullList" returns
'call failed', with package installed devices are detected okay. The
dependency was included in version 2:1.4.5-0ubuntu1, but dropped without
corresponding changelog entry.

Please provide the dependency back.
