[Bug 217530] [NEW] Unstable KPPP operation

Binary package hint: kppp
The program regularly crashes when trying to setup a modem. After the
crash an error message occurs when you try restart the program to the
effect of "another instance is running", kill command allows you to
restart the program without the message.
