[Bug 102588] Re: not update time in change password

continue this minor bug in gutsy and hardy (17/04/08).

the password is change but date of last chaged not update, steps:

*kmenu> system settings > user manager>(administrador mode)>(select user)>click in Modify...
*password & segurity>(write new password)>ok
*enter again >click in Modify...> password & segurity> view "Last changed" show date old
