Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kde-guidance
kde-guidance 0.8svn have new feature in modify user account, add control
privileges more friendly, great idea, but not works!.
go to:
*kmenu> system settings > user manager>(administrador mode)>(select
user)>click in "Modify..."
go to tab "privileges and groups" this show two column: "secondary
group" this work but "privilege" not work, for example:
*when Uncheck the box "administer the system" and click in ok, I
continue with permission for administer the system (yet if reboot).
This should not happen, and I see although uncheck the box "administer
the system" I continue pertaining in group "admin" (is it right?), in
other words, there are not connect between "privilege" and "secondary
group". Also happen with the others items of "privilege" (not works).
** Affects: kde-guidance (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
