[Bug 220982] [NEW] Kaffeine loads a whole Ogg Theora file before to start playing

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

OS: Kubuntu 7.10

When you open a large (for example, about 700Mb) Ogg Theora file with
Kaffeine, the whole file is read before Kaffeine window appears and
playback starts.

How to reproduce:
1. Write large Ogg Theora file to CD.
2. Open the file from CD.
Result:
CD-ROM buzzes, LED is blinking for some minutes (depends on your CD-ROM speed, by takes the same time as to copy the file from CD to HDD).
After that Kaffeine window appears and playback starts.

The same thing happens if you open CD folder in Dolphin, to show the
video file information it reads the whole file too.
