[Bug 222335] [NEW] k3b runs under root after prompt from inserting cd

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I insert a CD and i select burn data cd from the prompt - which I think
is from HAL.

It then somehow runs k3b under root and ask to which i get:

Running K3b as root user
It is not recommended to run K3b under the root user account. This introduces unnecessary security risks.
Solution: Run K3b from a proper user account and setup the device and external tool permissions appropriately.
