[Bug 224207] [NEW] Kubuntu windows can't focus properly

Sorry for my english, I'll try to explain the problem as better as I can.
I have installed Kubuntu hardy heron in a fresh install. Desktop effects are NOT enabled.

When I click on a window it doesn't get the focus, and the window remain
under the other windows. Only Firefox 2 and Thunderbird raise above
other windows, but the focus remain on the precedent one. (Screenshot as
attachment)

To gain the focus I only have to click in the title bar or in the
application bar.
