[Bug 222005] [NEW] Module system services cannot be found

when runnings kcontrol/systemsettings from a shell this appears:

The directory /etc/rc.d/rc0.d doesn't exists, not even /etc/rc.d/.
I already tried to reinstall kde-systemsettings, kde-guidance but no joy there.
