[Bug 257343] [NEW] Kmilo-legacy should install properly configured

Public bug reported:

Kmilo-Legacy which installs the Kcontrol-module for Thinkpads does not come properly configured. When installing it should
- Add the group nvram to the user
- change the rights, so that it is read/writable, as suggested in the Kcontrol-module itself. 
Furthermore it would be great if Kmilo-Legacy would be automatically installed on detection of a Thinkpad.
