[Bug 260676] [NEW] kded using 100% cpu (on kmail start) can not access kwallet ; kwalletmanager shows 0 passwords

Public bug reported:

I started kamil as always.
It hanged, kded was using 100% cpu, had to kill -9 it.

Now when I start kmail it doenst ask for kwallet password, just assumes
there are no passwords in it;

When i start kwalletmanager I see empty window - 0 wallets (there where
2)
