[Bug 303918] [NEW] KDE4 Kickoff RMB launches application in Classic Menu mode

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Kubuntu 8.10 installed via Wubi with all updates applied.

If one puts the KDE4 Menus into Classic Mode then right mouse button
(RMB) launches the application.

This does not bring up a menu to allow the application to be
added/removed from favorites, added to desktop or added to the panel,
meaning that a user cannot perform these actions.

RMB should bring up the same options as when in Kickoff mode.
