[Bug 304488] [NEW] Kubuntu 8.10 don't boots every third time

When i have fresh install of Kubuntu 8.10, system first time boots normally, when i restart computer, then kubuntu boots about 10 seconds slower, because my monitor shows no signal for 10 seconds. When i restart computer one more time when kubuntu boot strip completes i got no signal error from my monitor again, and after 10 seconds (no matter how long you wait) nothing changes, and keyboard dont works too! I've also seen that other guy have smilair problem, here's his video which should explain more:

Also I noticed that theres no this problem in Ubuntu 8.10 or Xubuntu 8.10. I have installed all recent updates, but this problem still exist.
