[Bug 304648] [NEW] hangs (actually, waits serveral minutes) in _kde_IceTransSocketRead

Public bug reported:

kgpg suddenly got stucked/hanged for around minute or two (I was trying
to gdb bt the 3 proccesses from `pidof kgpg` and after time it just
resumed normal operation).
