[Bug 305149] [NEW] kile spell checking needs kde4 Library, but no sugesst this packages

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kile

1) Ubuntu 8.10
2) 1:2.0.1-1ubuntu1
3) Running the spell checking, does work on a gnome system with all sugesstions installed. Because the Librarys are missing.
4) The package should have a dependency or sugesstion to the needed KDE4 Library and the KDE systemsettings package.
