[Bug 305744] [NEW] Kmail should have an option to not show a broken connection dialog

Binary package hint: kdepim

When an IMAP connection breaks or a kio_imap process dies, kmail shows
an error dialog.  There should be an option to disable this dialog,
because the error is generally not important enough to interrupt the
user.  I'm using Kubuntu 8.10.
