[Bug 306010] [NEW] After logout first login breaks X, second works (kdm)

Public bug reported:

After logout from KDE when I try to login as the same or a different user the splash screen appears for two seconds and then the X-Server breaks and KDM appears again.
The second attempt to login works normally.

When the system is booted everything works as it should for every user,
the problem only occurs after logout.

please say if you need any log files
