[Bug 138726] Re: gnome-appearance-properties tabs don't work/display

As root all files/folders were removed from this folder:

/usr/share/themes

Then gnome-appearance-properties was run again. All personally created
themes were removed.

Then gnome-appearance-properties was run again. This time a few error
messages were thrown, similar to:

"(gnome-appearance-properties:7671): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme directory
scalable/stock/128 of theme OSX_Iconset has no size field"

Once the messages stopped (there were about 6 or 8) the processor
dropped down to 0%. Closing the application also sees its disappearance
from the System Monitor's list (it wouldn't leave before, stuck in its
infinite loop).

I will now restore gtk-qt-engine. I doubt this is the cause of the
problem.
