[Bug 303504] [NEW] [plasma] Creating a folder view from drag and drop crashes plasma

My system :
- Kubuntu 8.10
- KDE 4.1.2
- Desktop effects enabled on KDE using OpenGL
- NVidia proprietary driver nvidia-glx-177 (also reproducible with driver nvidia-glx-173 on another computer)

How-to-reproduce :
DO: click the quick access icon on the KDE panel.
DO: drag'n'drop a folder from this panel to the desktop
DO: in the popup menu that appears, select "Folder view"
EXPECT: plasma crashes.

This bug is reproducible on my two computers. Don't know if this is
plasma (most likely), the desktop effects or the NVidia driver which is
faultly.

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
