In Intrepid System Settings doesn't have a "root mode" but rather
launches the various modules as root via kcm shell. Eventually we'll
probably get some policykit goodness to ask for passwords within the app
so that we don't need to use that hack, but for all intents and purposes
this wish won't need to be implemented since there won't be an
administrator mode in the way KDE3 had it.
** Changed in: kde-systemsettings (Ubuntu)
Status: Confirmed => Won't Fix
