[Bug 312375] [NEW] Regression: klipper actions always enabled after reboot

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: klipper

After installing Ubuntu 8.10 Klipper actions are enabled after every
boot. It does not matter where they enabled or disabled before shut
down.

I am using:
Linux axew0204 2.6.27-9-generic #1 SMP Thu Nov 20 22:15:32 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Klipper Version v0.9.7
Using KDE 4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3)
