[Bug 188373] [NEW] kde-guidance doesn't react on battery hot key anymore

I'm running hardy on a Dell Latitude D620 notebook computer. I was used
to see a pop-up window showing me the battery- and CPU state when
pressing the battery hot key (Fn-F3) - but for some time now, this pop-
up isn't shown any more.

Currently, version 0.8.0svn20080103-0ubuntu1 of kde-guidance is
installed.

The hot key is set up correctly and a hal event is generated (as shown
by lshal):

17:04:26.146: platform_i8042_i8042_KBD_port_logicaldev_input condition
ButtonPressed = battery
