[Bug 177040] Re: kde themes does not work in kubuntu

There is a package "kdmtheme" in repository. After installing it, it
shows in kcontrol in "System Administration" section as "KDM Theme
Manager". There is "Enable KDM Themes" option there. After disabling KDM
themes, one should be able to change settings on default KDM login
screen (via kcontrol, section "Login Manager").
