[Bug 173569] Re: KDE does not respond to PrintScreen key

With a little more testing I have found that the print key will bind to the
screenshot actions _only if it is accompanied by ctrl or alt_. The print key
alone, however, does not work, yet is sufficient to start ksnapshot.
