[Bug 189446] [NEW] nickserv login occurs after channel join. this can cause problems

Binary package hint: konversation

If konversation is configured to send a password to a nickserv, it only
does this after it attempts preconfigured channel joins. this can cause
problems with auto-op scripts and channels that only allow registered
users, forcing the user to do it manually, despite being preconfigured.
i reccomend this order be changed.
