[Bug 189563] [NEW] help is missing and you cannot save settings in hardy herron

Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

I opened system settings/login Manager in hardy herron, entered my password, and made a change, but could not apply the changes.
It shows in red "Attention! Read help!" but when I click Help, it says the There is no documentation available for /systemsettings/index.html.
