This bug was fixed in the package kdebase - 4:3.5.8-2ubuntu19

  * kdebase-kio-plugins replaces old kdebase-data, closes LP: #189963
  * Remove 70_kdm_consolekit.diff replace with kubuntu_70_kdm_consolekit.diff,
