I'm having the same problem:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  qt4-dev-tools: Depends: libqt4-core (= 4.3.2-0ubuntu3) but 4.3.2-0ubuntu3.1 is to be installed
E: Broken packages

in other words: ME TOO!
