This bug was fixed in the package qt4-x11 - 4.3.3-0ubuntu3

  * Added build-dep on unixodbc-dev
  * Added kubuntu_03_use_bash_in_configure.diff to fix detection of
    available plugins for libQtSql
  * Added package libqt4-plugin-odbc for odbc support (LP: #179261)
