[Bug 193635] [NEW] amarok freezes when pressing play

I am using Kubuntu 7.10 with amarok 1.4.7 and have a very annoying bug.

About every twice time I start amarok, load some music from my
collection to the playlist and hit "Play" the application freezes. After
killing and restarting it works fine.

If I remember correctly the problem occured the first time when I tried
the amarok 1.4.8 backport. But after downgrading to 1.4.7 the bug did
not disappear.
