[Bug 193826] [NEW] kpdf printing and modifying page size

Binary package hint: kpdf

When I attempt to print the attached pdf using Kpdf it send the file to
the printer as a non-standard paper size.  I selected "letter" as being
the paper size in the printer configuration options, but this appears to
be ignored.

I am running Kpdf 0.5.8 on KDE 3.5.8.  I have attempted to print (via
CUPS) to an HP Laserjet 4030 and 4500.  The printer requests that I load
paper of the correct size.

The pdf prints correctly in Adobe Reader 7.0.8
