Binary package hint: kubuntu-docs

kubuntu-docs failed to build in the latest rebuild test, due to missing
build-deps:

Package kdelibs-bin is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
  kdelibs4c2a
E: Package kdelibs-bin has no installation candidate
apt-get failed.
