Please add the ability to choose various OCR engines in kooka.

Ocrad doesn't properly recognize the text contained in an image, while
tesseract gives me almost perfect readings.


I would like to chose in kooka the following programs: gocr, ocrad and tesseract.

I would keep ocrad, for the development of a GNU system. 
I would prefer to use tesseract since it is more evolved.
