I have been using KDE for the past little while due to more stable file
manager. But if my memory is correct it seems to be a loading problem or
the fact of not having a full installation of KDE at that time. I have
found that most of the major desktops environments sometimes work funny
if you do not install all the packages even though the dependences are
met.
