[Bug 195461] [NEW] MSI ER710, knetworkmanager starts without icon on taskbar

when loading kdesktop, knetworkmanager starts without taskbar
notification (icon), icon aperars after manual application restart, or X
sesion restart. sometimes starts normal, but rare. also disconnects
itself from WPA wi-fi networks when password is stored in config file,
or refuse to get password from kwallet
