[Bug 181106] KGPG requires Konsole

Binary package hint: kgpg

If you are installing kgpg on ubuntu (gnome, not kubuntu KDE)  you need
to make sure you install the Konsole to use many of the features. So
either kgpg should be modified to allow the use of any terminal program,
or Konsole should be automatically installed when you install kgpg.
