[Bug 110934] [NEW] [kubuntu feisty] Power manager system tray icon does not show remaining battery

On my Acter TravelMate 4002LMi under Kubuntu Feisty, the power manager
system tray icon does not show the actual battery state, nor does a
kpowersave icon when startet additionally. When doing a

cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/state

everything seems to be fine, the answer is

present:                 yes
capacity state:          ok
charging state:          discharging
present rate:            12750 mW
remaining capacity:      9990 mWh
present voltage:         14989 mV

Under Edgy it worked.
