[Bug 245881] Re: kdewallet file or folder missing

If I go to the kdewallet icon right click and select configure wallet
and click on Help at the bottom of the KDE Wallet - KDE Control Manager
window the Handbook is displayed.  By double left clicking on the icon
this does not work with the KDE Wallet Manager Window(as detailed
previously).
