[Bug 247548] [NEW] ksnapshot - region setting does not work with delay set

Public bug reported:

Using Intrepid Kubuntu Alpha1 64 bit on AMD64 with nVidia Geoforce 7600 GS video card.
Select KSnapshot, Capture mode - region, snapshot delay to 2 seconds, click on New Snapshot.  Message displayed 'Select a region using the mouse.  To take the snapshop, press the enter key.  Press Esc to quit.'  Selected the region with the mouse, which is highlighted, and shows the pixel size (in its centre).  Next pressed Enter, message disappears for 2 seconds, before reappearing, now press Esc and nothing happens.  Message still displayed.
To get round this problem delay should either be disabled or ignored when using region setting.
