[Bug 224436] [NEW] [Kubuntu 8.04] dolphin lacks opportunity to open anything as root

There is no link "open new window as root" nor an "action" menu  "open
as root" for a given file. As sudo is also experiencing problems (as
described elsewhere) it is not possible for an average user to open a
file as a root!
