Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-plasma

I hope the package (kdebase-plasma) is the right one:

- Start Kubuntu Intrepid KDE session with a fresh .kde directory.
- right click on panel->configure panel.
- drag the whole panel on the left screen edge - vertically, everything should be fine.
- now scale the panel bigger, maybe the double size - all the plasmoids scale perfectly.
->drag the whole panel back to the bottom or up (=horizontally) again.
-> scale the panel size down again

What should be?
The plasmoids should resize themselves according to the actual panel size

What is?
The plasmoids seem to save their size from the vertical panel, they don't get the size from the horizontal panel again.

However, I tried this on Kde4Daily - and it works perfectly there, so maybe this is a Kubuntu issue.
But even if it doesn't occur upstream (or is due to a Kubuntu patch), this bug should not enter final Ibex...

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
