Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdelibs4c2a
This package is upgradeable but cannot be checked in update manager, and
when selected for upgrade in synaptic it fails with the response
"Depends: libavahi-qt3 (>=0.6.16) but it is not installable." After
inspection of Properties > Dependencies, the package libavahi-qt3 is not
in the list but lib-avahi-qt3-1 is - requiring at least version >=
0.6.0. libavahi-qt3-1 is installed and is at version 0.6.22-5ubuntu1.
That seems like the correct package it requires and a higher version, so
why is it refusing to upgrade?
** Affects: kdelibs (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: Confirmed
