[Bug 186153] Re: screensaver preferences not saved between sessions

Voilà!

jcamen at hermes:~$ find . -user root -print
./.kde/share/config/kcmartsrc
./.kde/share/config/kcmmidirc
./.rnd

./.texmf-config
jcamen at hermes:~$ find . -not -user jcamen -print
./.kde/share/config/kcmartsrc
./.kde/share/config/kcmmidirc
./.rnd
./0
./.texmf-config

So, as you can see, the preferences file is not owned by root. In fact,
screensaver settings are saved. The only thing I have aalllwaayss to set
is the monitor savings settings. I have no idea why :-¿?
