[Bug 253282] [NEW] Links retrieved over dns-sd (service discovery) not working

To reproduce configure a domain that provides service discovery information in kcontrolcenter / zeroconf.
For example "dns-sd.org".

Then you will be able to browse their published services under Network
shortcut in KDE.

But when following the links konqueror will error on links that look
like zeroconf://dns-sd.org/_http._tcp. instead of opening the referenced
website.
