[Bug 241815] [NEW] [Kubuntu 8.04] Manual IP configuration does not work

In Kubuntu 7.10, no problem. But in Kubuntu-KDE3 8.04, the static IP configuration does not work because it causes the lost of connectivity to LAN/Internet.
The LAN/Internet only works on DHCP mode.
