[Bug 199773] [NEW] KTouch doesn't have a way to measure wpm

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdeedu

KTouch only offers a char/min option.  The standard measure of typing
speed is words per minute (wpm), though.  There should be an option to
measure in wpm.  1 word is defined as 5 characters.

File it under "wishlist," right?
