To enable and disable Strigi, open up Konqueror and type in strigi:/ and
press enter. This is how and where Strigi is controlled in KDE 3.

If you think this issue needs to be pursued further, I urge you to
reopen this report wth further information. Thank you.

Also note, Strigi isn't being provided by default at this time.
