I asked Konversation's upstream maintainer whether we can expect a
release before Hardy:

<apachelogger> Sho_: hey, do you think there will be a new konversation release before mid-april?
<Sho_> apachelogger: I don't know. I hope so, but it depends on when some people manage to finish some stuff. I talked to Tonio already earlier today, though (assuming you're asking due to Kubuntu).

Ultimately we should ask in April again and patch the sources if
Konversation doesn't roll a new release before Hardy - the fix is
available at http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=605705
