[Bug 199011] Re: Amarok process runs, but application window/tray icon do not appear

Here's the output:

ged at quadcore:~$ rm -rf ~/.kde/share/config/amarokrc
ged at quadcore:~$ amarok

Amarok: [Loader] Starting amarokapp..
Amarok: [Loader] Don't run gdb, valgrind, etc. against this binary! Use amarokapp.
[ A small window briefly appears indicating Amarok is updating databases, then disappears ]
Amarok: [Loader] Amarok is taking a long time to load! Perhaps something has gone wrong?

If watching with gdb, the small updating DB window appears after the
second "[Thread ... (LWP ... ) exited]" (see previous post), then
nothing more... :(
